Plaintiffs, former employees of defendant Wilco Systems (“Wilco”), commenced this action seeking compensatory damages, punitive damages, and injunctive relief arising out of the alleged exploitation of domestic and foreign workers in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”), the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and New York state law.
