The action in this case was brought by the plaintiffs in error, as plaintiffs, in the district court of Creek county, April 25, 1920, against the defendant in error, as defendant, and the parties will be referred to here as they appeared in the trial court. The plaintiffs alleged, in substance, that they were full-blood Creek Indians and were the owners by inheritance of the S.W. 1/4 of N.E. 1/4, the S.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4, and E. 1/2 of S.W. 1/4 of section 31, T. 17 N., R. 12 E., in Creek county, Okla.; that Lucy Fisher or Lizzie Fisher inherited an undivided one-half interest in said land…
