Plaintiff, E. R. Johnson, sued the defendant, J. B. Williams, to quiet title to 280 acres of land in Dewey county. Plaintiff was the owner of the property at the time it was sold to Dewey county, at the tax resale held on April 20, 1936. The defendant claims title under a county commissioners’ deed under date of June 25, 1936. From a judgment denying the plaintiff any relief and quieting the defendant’s title and awarding him possession, the plaintiff appeals.
