OPINION
BROCK, Justice.
In this worker’s compensation case the chancellor awarded the plaintiff-employee benefits for a fifty percent permanent loss of hearing in both ears, or seventy-five weeks of disability payments of sixty-six and two-thirds percent of the employee’s weekly wages, as provided by T.C.A. § 50-6-207(3)(A)(ii)(r).
