BROCK, Justice.
This is a workmen’s compensation action. The trial court awarded to the appel-lee the statutory benefits provided for 10 percent permanent partial disability of the body as a whole. The appellants, the employer and the employer’s insurer, have appealed to this Court contending that the claim of the appellee was barred by the one year statute of limitations as provided in T.C.A., Sections 50-1003 and 50-1017(1), that the appellee’s claim should be barred for failure of the appellee to give notice as required by T.C.A., Section 50-1001, and, that there is no material…
