CHESNUT, District Judge.

This case presents a complaint to set •aside, as not in accordance with the law, an .award made by the Deputy Commissioner, under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq. The complaint was filed by the claimant. The question presented is whether the award made by the Deputy Commissioner was supported by substantial evidence in view of the whole record of the case. In O’Leary v. Brown-Pacific-Maxon, Inc., 340 U.S. 504, 71 S.Ct. 470, it was conceded by both parties that the Scope of review is now controlled by the Administrative…
