Minna Bisso, joined by her husband, plaintiffs below, filed their petition for an injunction against the appellant and W. B. Robinson, sheriff, to enjoin the sale under an execution against the husband, Peter Bisso, of certain property, to wit, the west half of lot No. 13 and all of lot No. 14, in block 247, Houston Texas Central Railroad Addition to the city of Corsicana, as well as lots 1 and 2 in block No. 22 of the same addition.
