PRICE, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal by the Amerada Petroleum Corporation, hereinafter called Amerada, from part of a judgment of the District Court of Victoria County. The action involved the title to the mineral estate in the following described property: Lot 6 in Block 60 of Bloomington Town-site, Victoria County, Texas, according to a plat thereof recorded in Volume 58, p. 222 of the Deed Records of Victoria County, Texas.
