This action was removed to this Court from the Court of Common Pleas for Horry County, South Carolina on January 30, 2009. (Doc. # 1). The plaintiffs, William R. Fisher and Silbray N. Fisher (“plaintiffs”), who are husband and wife, allege William Fisher (“Mr. Fisher”) suffers from Tardive Dyskinesia caused by his long- term use of the prescription drug metoclopramide.
