DECISION
GAJARSA, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiff-Appellant CAE Screenplates, Inc. (“CAE”) appeals the decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia granting Defendants-Appellees Heinrich Fiedler GmbH & Co. KG and Fiedler Corporation (now known as Fiedler LP) (collectively, “Fiedler”) summary judgment of non-infringement. See CAE Screenplates, Inc. v. Heinrich Fiedler GmbH & Co.
