Quinn, Chief Judge:

On Marph 10, 1962, a general court-martial in Okinawa acquitted the accused of a charge of forgery, but convicted him of eleven specifications of larceny by check from the Ryukyus Central Exchange, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921, and sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for one and one-half years.
