Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial at Larson Air Force Base, Washington, convicted the accused of larceny of electrical cable from the Government, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code *328of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921, and sentenced him to a bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for six months.
