SUMMARY

Defendants Northwest Airlines, Inc. and Express Airlines, I, Inc., d/b/a Northwest Air Link, bring this motion to dismiss plaintiff Ella Mae Puckett’s complaint in its entirety for failure to state claims upon which relief can be granted.
