CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Purina Mills and Franklin County Feed & Supply appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict finding them liable for damages to Mike OdeU’s 200-head dairy herd. 1 Odell alleged, under several different theories of recovery, that his herd was injured by consuming metal contaminated feed. The feed was manufactured by Purina and sold by Franklin County Feed & Supply.
