Granting interlocutory injunction.*

In this action -which is pending in the above styled circuit court, a motion was made before the judge of that court to grant ah interlocutory injunction to restrain the members of the election commission and the clerk of the county court from putting into operation the provisions of chapter 138, Session Acts, 1922, or exercising any of the duties imposed upon them under that chapter, which is ordinarily called the Registration Law.
