LAVENDER, Justice.
¶ 1 After insured, Harley Evans Glass died, Prudential Insurance Company of America (Prudential) filed an interpleader suit for judicial resolution of the conflicting claims of appellee, William A. Glass (insured’s brother) and appellants, Damon Patrick Glass, Chris Cowan Glass, Glenn E. Glass and Darla Glass Brown (insured’s children) to proceeds due under a life insurance policy insuring Harley’s life.
