Head, husband and wife (hereafter plaintiffs) claim to damages, attorney fees and costs under the Nonjudicial Marketable Title Procedures Act (NMTPA), 12 0.98.2001, § 1141.1-1141.5, particularly § 1141.5(A) thereof.
