This action arises from a transaction involving the sale and leaseback of an electric generating plant and certain other utility facilities. Plaintiffs Chrysler Capital Corporation (“Chrysler”), Cilcorp Lease Management Inc. (“Cilcorp”), IOR Capital Inc. (“IOR”), Northern Leasing Company Inc.
