Contested Matter *

This matter is before the Court on the Motion of Eileen Goodman, a.k.a. Eileen Tucker (“Tucker”) To Enforce The Plan And Set Aside The ADR Decision.1 Tucker seeks an Order of this Court vacating the decision of the ADR Referee and resetting this matter for another ADR hearing. The Daikon Shield Claimants Trust (the “Trust”) opposes Tucker’s Motion. The Motion has been fully briefed and the matter is ripe for disposition. For the reasons which follow, the Court will deny Tucker’s Motion.
