MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, Senior District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the motion of Daikon Shield Claimant Robert A. Lammert (“Mr. Lammert”) to set aside his alternative dispute resolution decision.1 The *541Daikon Shield Claimants Trust (the “Trust”) opposes Mr. Lammert’s motion. On September 10, 1997, the Court took evidence and heard argument on the motion. For the reasons which follow, the Court will DENY Mr. Lammert’s motion.

Mr. Lammert is a non-user Daikon Shield claimant who claims that he has suffered injuries as a result of his wife’s (“Mrs. Lammert”) use of the Daikon Shield IUD.…
