OPINION
DONALD S. RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:
Cheslene Bledsoe and Barbara Raygor, claimants against the Daikon Shield Claimants Trust (the “Trust”), 1 appeal the district court’s order favoring the Trust, and denying their Rule 60(b) motions to vacate Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) decisions entered against them. For the following reasons, we affirm.
