MEMORANDUM
MERHIGE, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Daikon Shield Claimant Anthony D. Sherman’s (“Mr.Sherman”)1 Motion To Enforce The Plan And Set Aside The Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) Decision.2 The Daikon Shield Claimants Trust (the “Trust”) opposes Mr. Sherman’s motion.3 For the reasons which follow, the Court will DENY the motion.
