Sarah Danforth was injured on May 12, 2003, when her automobile collided with an automobile driven by Aaron Bulman (“Aaron”), the adult son of Elizabeth Bulman (“Bulman”). Government Employees Insurance Company and GEICO Casualty Insurance Company (collectively “GEICO”) filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against Danforth, Bulman, and Aaron, to determine the parties’ rights and obligations regarding the insurance policy it issued to Bulman.
