I. Factual Background
On July 12, 2012, Plaintiff, The Langdale Company (“Plaintiff,” “Langdale”, or “TLC”) filed a Complaint against National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (“Defendant” or “National Union”).
