This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an adverse jury verdict and the refusal by the district court to grant a new trial. Plaintiff-Appellant Gillette commenced this action in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska against defendants-appellees [hereinafter referred to as Hydrotex] seeking damages for breaches of warranty with respect to compressor oil sold by Hydrotex to Gillette.
