Denying the Defendant’s Motion to Vacate Conviction and Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255

I. INTRODUCTION

Pending before the court is the defendant’s pro se motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate his conviction and sentence.
