This action was filed by Jacqueline Belvin, hereinafter called plaintiff, who recovered a judgment for damages to livestock against The Texas Company, a corporation, hereinafter referred to as defendant.
Plaintiff is the owner of the surface rights in certain lands on which the defendant is producing oil.
