North Jackson Pharmacy, Inc. and C & C, Inc. d/b/a Big C Discount Drugs, Inc. (collectively “North Jackson,” treated for convenience as a singular noun) brought suit individually and on behalf of all other similarly situated independent pharmacies against Caremark Rx, Inc. and Caremark, Inc. (collectively “Caremark,” also treated for convenience as a singular noun), charging violations of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1 (“Section 1”).
