This action was brought by Plaintiffs, Boehringer Ingelheim International GMBH and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively, “Boehringer”), against Defendants, Barr Laboratories, Inc. (“Barr”) and Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Mylan”) (collectively, “Defendants”), in connection with the Abbreviated New Drug Applications (“ANDAs”) filed by Defendants seeking to market generic versions of MIRA-PEX®, a drug developed and sold by Boehringer.
