Over seven years ago, the. Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) petitioned this Court for an order instructing Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Boeh-ringer”) to comply with a subpoena to produce documents for an ongoing FTC investigation. Following a decision from this Court, an appeal to and remand from the D.C. Circuit, and another decision from this Court consistent with the D.C.
