Before the Court is Defendants United States of America’s, U.S. Department of Justice’s (“DOJ”), Drug Enforcement Agency’s (“DEA”), Special Agent Felton Cameron’s, and Special Agent Greg Ca-lam’s (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Federal Defendants”) motion to dismiss (Dockets ## 17-18).
