The Court has before it Defendant Rosa Emilia Rodríguez-Vélez’s (“Rodríguez”) motion to dismiss (No. 16). Plaintiff Can-delario Quintana-Martinez (“Quintana”) did not oppose the motion to dismiss. In' his Complaint, Plaintiff Quintana alleges that Defendant Rodriguez violated Plaintiffs right to due process by failing to provide him with information relating to his indictment on February 12, 1992, for intent to distribute narcotics.
