RUSSON, Associate Chief Justice:

{1 Defendant Russell Eugene Bisner ("Bisner") appeals from convictions of murder, a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-208 (1999), and aggravated robbery, also a first degree felony, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-302 (1999). We affirm.
