Appellee Ambrocio P. Igonia commenced this action in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, seeking review, under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 1 of a final decision of the appellant Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) which denied appellee’s application for the establishment of a period of disability and the payment of disability insurance benefits. The district court granted appellee’s motion for summary judgment, and reversed the decision of the Secretary. We vacate the order of the district court and remand the case to…
