Marvin Jesse Manuel appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court after he pleaded guilty to a two-count substituted information charging him with forgery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 510(a)(1) (1988) and possession of stolen mail in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1708 (1988). At sentencing, the district court, over Manuel’s objection, adopted the factual findings in Manuel’s Presentence Report.
