WILKINS, Circuit Judge:

Dickie Edward Toler appeals his convictions and sentence for one count charging interstate transportation of child pornography, 18 U.S.C.A. § 2252(a)(1) (West Supp. 1989), and for two counts charging interstate transportation of a minor with the intent to engage in prohibited sexual conduct, 18 U.S.C.A. § 2423 (West Supp.1989). The district court sentenced Toler to 46 months imprisonment on each count and directed that the sentences run concurrently.
