Plaintiff seeks, under the compensation law, to recover from the defendant for permanent disability, alleged to have been caused by the fall of a horse which plaintiff was riding for the defendant in a race at *270Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The referee found that the plaintiff received his injuries in a casual employment, but in the regular course of the business of the defendant, and awarded compensation for total disability.
