1. Before the Court in this patent infringement action is Plaintiff Princeton Digital Image Corp.’s (“Plaintiff’) motion to compel Defendant Konami Digital Entertainment Inc. (“Konami US”) to produce core technical documents regarding certain accused products in this case that are in the possession of certain of Konami US’s foreign affiliates.
