This matter has come before the court upon motion of plaintiff, Camden Iron & Metal, Inc. (Camden), for an order compelling the production of documents from the defendant, Marubeni America Corporation (MAC). The central issue presented in this motion is whether MAC exercises control over certain documents in the possession of its parent corporation, Marubeni Corporation (MC), thereby requiring MAC to produce such documents pursuant to Fed.
