The appellant, Donald S. Jones, appeals his convictions on one count of first degree child molestation and one count of first degree rape of a child.

The charges in this case stem from an incident alleged to have occurred between September 1, 1989, and January 31, 1990. Jones was living with his girlfriend, Lorayne Hanson, and her children from a previous marriage.
