WIDENER, Circuit Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board has petitioned for enforcement of its order finding defendant Huntington Hospital, Inc., of Huntington, West Virginia (the Hospital), in violation of § 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. (the Act), for threatening union supporters with discharge, and in violation of §§ 8(a)(1) and (3) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3), for discharging employees Chapman, Ross, and Patterson for fheir actual or suspected union activities.
