ALBERT V. BRYAN, Circuit Judge:
This is a petition for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board and a cross-petition by the Board for enforcement of its order.
On January 10, 1964, two company employees approached the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America and requested them to organize the plant. Several organizational meetings were held. On February 29 Marvin Britt, who was found to be a supervisor, was informed of the organization drive.
