{¶ 1} Appellants, Ann Hall Thompson, individually and as the Executrix of the estate of Edward J. Thompson 1 , and Mae Thompson Baxter ("the Thompsons"), and cross-appellants, Nathan J. Custer and Noelle M. Custer ("the Custers"), appeal from the June 28 and August 21, 2017 judgment entries of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas.
