This matter is before the court on the following motions: (i) the motion of defendant Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (“FSLIC”), in its corporate capacity and as receiver for plaintiff Unity Savings Association, an Illinois stock savings and loan association (“Unity”), and defendant Federal Home Loan Bank Board (“FHLB”) to dismiss Count IV of the complaint against them for lack of subject matter jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) (“Rule 12(b)(1)”), or, in the alternative, for lack of personal jurisdiction…
