URBINA, District Judge.

Granting the United States’ Motion to Dismiss the Petitioner’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the respondent’s motion to dismiss the petitioner’s petition for writ of habeas corpus. The respondent argues that the court should dismiss the petition because the court lacks jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 2241.
