The U.S. Airline Pilots Association (“USAPA”) filed this action against the America West Airlines Pilots Protective Alliance, LLC (“AWAPPA”) and several individual defendants pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68 (2006).
