Kisamore v. Coakley

This case is before this Court upon an appeal from the August 4, 1992, order of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia. The circuit court held that the appellant, Susan Kisamore, failed to meet the criteria of being equitably adopted, and thus, the executor of the estate of Elmer Kisamore was correct in excluding the appellant as an heir to the estate. On appeal, the appellant asks that this Court reverse the ruling of the circuit court and find that Vivan Kisamore equitably adopted Susan Kisamore.
