McGraw, Jr., Attorney General, 1 is authorized to seek debt can cellations and/or refunds from the defendants, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and Citizens National Bank of St. Albans (now Bank One, West Virginia, St. Albans, N.A.).
