McNAMEE, District Judge.
This action is brought under favor of Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g) (hereinafter referred to as the Act), to review a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (hereinafter the Secretary) denying plaintiff’s application for mother’s insurance benefits for herself and benefits for her adopted child, Ted S. Spiegel, for the period commencing February 1956 to and including August 1, 1958.
