This suit was instituted by Hattie Baldwin, individually and as independent executrix of the will of Jacob C. Baldwin, deceased, F. T. Baldwin, independent executor of the will of Jacob C. Baldwin, deceased, J. C. Baldwin and R. B. Baldwin against H. D. Countiss and wife, Della F. Countiss, Vincent J. Meyer and wife, Margaret V.
